We are pleased to announce that the Board of Directors has awarded the contract for pool and spa maintenance services to Best Pools. This new contract will begin on August 1, 2025.
Best Pools was selected for their demonstrated expertise, competitive pricing, and strong commitment to delivering excellent service. We are confident that their skilled and dedicated team will help maintain our community’s pool and spa facilities to the highest standards, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all residents.

We are pleased to announce that the Board of Directors has contracted with Leonard Chaidez Tree Service for the first year of the three-year tree trimming plan. Please be informed that the tree trimming activity is scheduled to take place from September 9, 2024, through September 20, 2024. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to maintain the beauty and safety of our community.

Dear Placentia Lakes Residents,
The internet construction Phase II of the fiber optic has begun. Phase II includes the installation of the cable within common area landscape and units. At this time the duration of the phase is to be determined. More details will follow about the project in the upcoming weeks.
